4.3 Firmware: (choose your device)
iPod Touch 3G
iPod Touch 4G
iPhone 3G S
iPhone 4
iPad 1
Notes:
- If you want to unlock your iPhone DO NOT do this jailbreak. Wait for another guide I will post.
- If you get a 1600 error when restoring your device to the custom firmware restore your device to 4.3 and start fresh.
- This is a tethered jailbreak meaning you will have to plug your device up to the computer and run ibooty if you want to turn your device off and back on.
- This will jailbreak iPhone 4, iPhone 3G S, iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G, and iPad 1
- Sync all your contacts, music and data to iTunes before you do this guide.
- tysiphonehelp is awesome.
How to do the Jailbreak:
1. Update your iTunes to the latest version, download Sn0wbreeze and the 4.3 firmware for your device using the links above.
2. Open Sn0wbreeze and click the blue arrow button to proceed to the next step.

3. Click the browse button and select the 4.3 firmware that you downloaded a few minutes ago. Once its done click the blue arrow to continue.

4. When given the option to select your mode chose expert mode. Next go through the options to set the jailbreak how you want it. Make sure to check “Build IPSW” and the click the start button to begin creating the custom firmware.

5. Once you get the notification saying it is done creating the custom firmware continue on to the next page which will ask you to put your device into DFU mode. This can be done by plugging your device up to your computer and turning it off. Now hold the home and power buttons for 10 seconds and then release the power button while continuing to hold the home button for 30 more seconds. If done correctly Sn0wbreeze will tell you to restore in iTunes.

6. Open iTunes and on the tab for your device hold the shift key in while clicking the restore button. You will now have a popup where you will select the custom firmware that Sn0wbreeze created. The firmware will start with Sn0wbreeze and end with .ipsw. Once its done restoring go ahead and close iTunes and you will have a jailbroken iOS 4.3 device! :)

Next step you’ll need to know is how to reboot (turn off and on) your device. Heres how to do that…
Booting in Tethered Mode
1. Locate and open up the “iBooty for 4.3″ folder on your computer (Sn0wbreeze will add this for you when you jailbreak).
2. Open the iBooty.exe file and select your device from the drop down menu.

3. Before you hit start prepare to put your device into DFU mode by turning it off and plugging it up to your computer. Now hit start and it will count down for 5 seconds so you have time to prepare. Now hold the home and power buttons for 10 seconds and then release the power button while continuing to hold the home button for 30 more seconds.

4. iBooty will do its thing and then your device will turn on ready for you to use. Now enjoy your jailbroken device!!

How to Connect a PS2 to a PC Monitor

The Playstation 2 (PS2) may be outdated, but there are many who still enjoy using it to play video games. You can connect the PS2 directly to your PC monitor, letting you play games that will look more vivid than on a TV. A Video-to-VGA converter box, Recommend to buy it form http://www.zeromartz.com/vga-to-rca-svideo-converter-box-pc-to-tv-connection-p-1047.html , converts the PS2 video signal into one that the PC monitor can recognize and display. Neither the PS2 nor the PC monitor will be negatively affected by being used together.

   1. Place the PS2 next to the PC monitor. Insert the plug of the PS2 A/V connector cable into the output socket in the back of the PS2.

   2. Plug the video RCA cable of the PS2 A/V connector cable into the video (or A/V) input of the Video-to-VGA converter box. Plug the red and white audio cables from the PS2 A/V connector cable into the red and white audio inputs of the Video-to-VGA converter box.

   3. Plug the Video-to-VGA converter box's power supply into the "DC" or "Power" input on the Video-to-VGA converter box. Plug the other end of the Video-to-VGA converter box's power supply into a wall socket for power.

   4. Attach one end of the VGA cable to the "VGA out" or "VGA" connector on the Video-to-VGA converter box. Attach the other end of the VGA cable to the VGA socket on the PC monitor. Turn on the PC monitor.

   5. Plug the PS2's power cord into the PS2. Plug the other end of the PS2's power cord into a wall socket for power. Plug a PS2 game controller into one of the controller ports on the PS2.

   6. Turn on the PS2. Enjoy playing PS2 games that are now being displayed on the PC monitor.

Tips & Warnings

How to run PS2 Games on Emulator

A Playstation 2 emulator is a program that enables a computer owner to play PS2 game disks or game files on his computer. As of April 2010, PCSX2 is the only PS2 emulator capable of playing commercial PS2 games. For new users of the program, it can be difficult to know exactly how to open PS2 games with the emulator. Fortunately, once you know what you are doing, the process is fairly simple to understand and repeat.

Instructions

 1. Launch PCSX2. If you do not have it installed, see the download link in the Resources section.
 2. Insert the PS2 game disk into your computer's CD/DVD drive.
 3. Click the "File" menu in PCSX2.
 4. Select "Run CD/DVD." PCSX2 will prompt you to locate the PS2 game disk or ISO file you wish to run. Select the CD/DVD drive containing your PS2 game disk and click "OK." PCSX2 will now load the PS2 game.

If you wish to open an ISO file with PCSX2, you will click "Run CD/DVD" and then browse to the location of the ISO game. Select it, then click "OK."

Warnings

    * You may need to tweak PCSX2's configurations to get the best performance from your system. For a complete guide on how to configure PCSX2, see the link in the References section.

    * You can download ISO files from several different websites, or you can make them from PS2 game disks you already own through the use of a DVD burner.

    *  Not all PS2 games are compatible with PCSX2. For a full list of games that PSX2 will play, refer to the link in the Resources section.

    * It is illegal to download or make copies of any PS2 games you do not already own.
